Ask anyone what they imagine when thinking about what a construction worker, truck driver, backhoe operator or a contractor looks like, and they’ll probably tell you the same thing: hard hat, safety vest, dirty boots, and a man.
We’re here to burst that thought bubble, flip that script and point a big ol’ spotlight on the ladies who sport that very same hard hat, safety vest, and dirty boots. And also their challenges filling the roles everyone expects a man to fill.
