About
the Report
The Scherber Report aims to tell that complete story in a way that is strategic, supportive, and, of course, entertaining thanks to her unapologetic Spanish Sass.
Running companies that work on the early stages of a new construction has given author Missy a deep appreciation for what goes on behind the blueprint.
Holler if you're ready to shake some soil!

The Editor-In-Chief
Whether it's big machines or board meetings, dumpsters or doing good, Missy is always looking for creative ways to build a better industry that builds a bigger world.
Missy Guerrero Scherber works on the front lines of several construction companies that she owns alongside her husband Trevor Scherber in Minneapolis, MN. She’s the general manager of a full service Demolition and Excavating Contractor—T. Scherber—and leads operations of their roll-offs division. Through her leadership they’ve recently aquired their WBE/MBE/SBE Certifications and are currently pending for the WOSB & 8A Federal Certifications.
Through her growing social media following, Missy is paving the way for the next generation of construction entrepreneurs and has become an advocate and spokesperson for women in construction.
